I’m a sucker for desserts, and I can never say no to a beautiful slice of cake. Sometimes, though, I love the frosting even more than I enjoy the cake itself! When I’m at a party, I always try to make sure I cut my cake slice so that I get the most frosting… What? Doesn’t everyone do that?
When I first heard of cake balls I thought they’d be fantastic if there weren’t so difficult to make. I actually didn’t even know how they were made – I just assumed they would be really time consuming because of their appearance. So I just forgot about them and decided I wouldn’t even get into it. I get so busy with work I can hardly get dinner ready every day, let alone these pretty little treats. But when I came across this recipe I realized I had been so wrong!
