Cherry Dump Cake Goodness Made In The Crock Pot!

If your kids are like I was, they probably hate cherries, it reminds them of medicine.  But once they try this, they might change their minds as I did.  It is so tasty and perfectly sweet.  Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a swirl of whipped cream and you have the best after school treat.

Ingredients

21 oz can Cherry Pie Filling

One Betty Crocker yellow cake mix

1/2 cup Land O’ Lakes butter, melted

 

 

 

Instructions

Pour Cherry Pie filling into greased crock pot

Combine dry cake mix and butter until crumbly, sprinkle over cherry filling

Sprinkle with walnuts if desired

Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours

Serve with ice cream

Why is it Whenever there is a Crockpot recipe, it Never says what size Crockpot to use? I have three different sizes myself.
