Ring In The New Year With This Resolution Almond Bundt Cake

You guys, this cake is amazing. It’s called “lucky” for a reason. I love this story! So, apparently, you bake a single whole almond into the batter of this cake, right? Whoever gets the slice with the almond in it will have good luck during the new year. Isn’t that adorable? I cannot wait to make this cake for new year’s Day. I think it’ll be fun to see who gets the almond. Hopefully, it’s me lol! On another note, this Lucky Almond Bundt cake is very easy to make and uses simple ingredients. Now, this recipe calls for Splenda and I know some of you do not like using artificial sweetners. which is fine as I don’t like them either. Never fear! You can ditch the Splenda and use regular sugar in its place if you prefer. Yay!

One of the best parts of this Almond Pound Cake is the single whole almond baked inside. After you pour the batter into the pan, you press in one whole almond. You serve it up at your New Years party, and whoever gets the slice with the whole almond inside will have one year good luck! – The Recipe Rebel

Quick Tip: I like to serve this cake with whipped cream but ice cream works well, too 🙂
