Turn Those Frowns Upside Down With This Cheddar Potato And Gravy Bake

The other day, my dear neighbor and friend, sally and I were chatting. The conversation started out about the colder weather headed our way but quickly turned into hot and comforting foods. You see, Sally and I love toe at so we are always discussing recipes and such.

You might envision two very overweight women sitting on the front porch eating bonbons but I assure you, that’s not the case. Good old Sally and I also love to exercise and we are always walking on the Appalachian trail bike access area. So there. LOL

Anyway. Sally told me that she came up with a wonderful side dish by accident the other day. I was all like, “By accident?” Sally said that she was making scalloped potatoes and beef with gravy and she accidently poured her gravy over the scalloped potatoes.

I have no idea how she managed to make this “mistake” but she did. Anyway, she decided to stick the stuff in the oven and see what happens. Well, what happened was a miracle because this cheddar potato and gravy bake came out awesome!

Oh yeah, she had added some cheese into the mix, too. So, anyway, the side dish turned out to be a success. Enjoy!
