Fudge. Yum. Fudge is one of my most favorite things to make during the holiday season. From simple chocolate to ones that are a bit more complex in their flavorings, I love making them all. Today, we will be learning how to make a white chocolate cranberry pecan fudge. It may sound a bit tricky but I assure you that it is not. When you are all done making this fudge you will be beaming with pride. I’m telling you, prepare for the ohhhs and ahhhs at your holiday dinner when your friends and family see these yummy little chunks sitting on your dessert table.
I made this delicious fudge last year for a church gathering that I went to in late-December and what a hit it was! Everyone was asking me for the recipe and wanting to know if the fudge was hard to make. I led them all to believe that it took me forever to make this delightful fudge but really, it only took a tiny bit of my time. I eventually told them the truth because, well, I’m an honest gal 🙂
