Check out what my pals over at Group Recipes had to say about this recipe:
This recipe is my Aunt By Marriage’s recipe. Kathy was a good cook.I shouldve’d gotten the rest of her recipes as I should. This recipe calls for 1 cup of crackers but I use 1 package of crackers.
These meatballs really are good and they make a wonderful weeknight supper.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small can evaporated milk milk
1 package Lipton onion mix
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
1 Eggland’s Best egg
1/4 teaspoon McCormick garlic powder
Instructions
Meatballs:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.In an large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients together.Mix well.
3.Shape into an walnut size ball.Place in an 9×13 inch pan.Bake for 45 minutes.Drain the excess fat from the meatballs.
Always add the onion mix soup mix.The onion soup mix tends to bring the flavor out on the meatballs.Never leave it out.
