Sink Your Teeth Into This Delicious Butterscotch Rum Bundt Cake!

Oh. My. Heaven. This rum Bundt cake is like a little round cake pan sent directly from heaven to my doorstep. You have never tasted anything like this, you guys. it is so good! It reminds me of those yellow butterscotch candies that my grandma always has sitting in her candy dish. So, incredibly good! And don’t worry, the alcohol in the rum burns off during baking/cooking. Although, my great uncle Sal wouldn’t mind if the alcohol didn’t burn off during the baking phase. In fact, I think Uncle Sal drinks a glass of rum while eating this bundt lol!

I love serving this cake at Christmastime. It looks beautiful sitting on the table until everyone hacks into it haha! You and your family will love this delicious cake and will be chatting about this recipe for years to come. I have made this cake and taken it to our church’s Christmas pageant as a treat for after the play. Everyone thinks it tastes just marvelous!

Quick Tip: If you have any objections to using alcohol in your recipes you can opt to use rum-flavored extract instead. Just replace the Rum with water. I also decorated this bundt with a few cinnamon candies.
