I made this delicious BBQ cornbread and chicken pie one night when we had the inlaws over for dinner. My mother-n-law even complimented me on my cooking skills. Can you believe that? I was floored! I looked at my husband and said, “Yep, this recipe is definitely a keeper!”
Whip this pie up in about 40 minutes and you can serve it by itself for a tasty dinner. Or serve it along with a side salad or some sliced cucumbers. Either way, you decide, you can’t go wrong since this will be gobbled up pretty fast.
Oh, dear me, is this delish! If you love cornbread, stop right now and MAKE this! No joke. Stud-muffin ate three helpings and mini-muffins actually ate at the table! Truly amazing. Serve with sour cream after cutting. Yummo!
