Who’s Up For Some Amish Green Tomato Pie?

This tomato pie is really good. Even my kids enjoyed eating it. My youngest told me he thought it was like a BLT sandwich. I have no idea how he came to this conclusion sine there is no bacon or lettuce in the pie, but whatever, at least he liked it lol!

I enjoy mayonnaise, just as long as it’s the right brand. I always say “no” to Miracle Whip. To me, there are no miracles going on inside of that jar. What’s your favorite brand of mayo? Let me know in the comments!

Quick Tip: For best results, use tomatoes from your garden or a farmer’s market. The grocery store variety works just fine, but nothing beats homegrown.
