So, the other day, my friend Sally came over to visit. As we were sipping on our tea Sally tells me she has a new recipe that she just tried and it was ah-mazing. I asked her what it was and she told be cherry cola pork roast. I was all, “huh?” Who one earth ever heard of such a silly thing? Pouring soda pop over a pork roast? Really?! I thought my dear friend had done lost her marbles. Sally pleaded with me to just give it a shot. I reluctantly obliged but I told her she was buying me the pork roast haha!
Sally, told me that wasn’t a problem just as long as she got to eat some it with me. i told her to plan on eating it all. So, I made the cherry cola pork roast and much to my surprise it was one of the best tasting things I’d ever eaten in my life. Good old sally was right! I had to tell her that, too, which she loved. So, folks, now it is my turn to make a plea and I am begging you to give this cherry cola pork roast a try. it is delish!
