3. Suzy Q’s Sweet Potato Biscuit Breakfast Casserole
When it comes to breakfast foods I am all about the casseroles. To me, breakfast casseroles are the simplest way to get all of your food groups. Check it out, most breakfast casseroles are made with eggs, cheese, some sort of meat, and veggies.
This casserole even comes with your carb, which would be the sweet potato biscuits. It’s genius! I found that throwing this casserole together was quite simple and in about an hour I had a delicious breakfast dish sitting on my table.
I was half-tempted to not wake my family up and just start eating the casserole myself. But, I’m not a glutton so I refrained. Let’s just say my family was happy to get out of bed and nosh on this delicious sweet potato biscuit breakfast casserole.
