Beat Your Hunger Beast With Beef And Snow Peas

Whenever I go to a Chinese restaurant I always order beef and broccoli or beef and snow peas. Okay, I lied I usually get General Tso’s chicken or sweet and sour chicken with an egg roll. However, I do veer off the beaten path from time to time and when I do, I order beef and snow peas. And guess what? I’m always glad that I did!

Now, we won’t be visiting a Chinese restaurant today, but we will be making our own version of savory beef and snow peas stir fry. It’s really very good and not hard to make at all. Are you ready? Let’s go 🙂

Quick Tip: Serve immediately over rice. Sprinkle crushed red pepper over the top to give it some spice.
