How cna you go wrong with a one-pot chicken dish? You can’t! These amazing braised chicken breasts with hard cider, bacon, and parsnips are just what the doctor ordered.

This meal is savory, wholesome, and very filling. Plus, it has hard cider and bacon in it. Talk about a robust flavor combo!

I know this recipe sounds like it’s super fancy but I assure you, it is not. Anyone can make this meal. If you can chuck some chicken into a pot you cna make this amazing dish. Enjoy!

Quick Tip: I prefer to serve this meal directly from the braiser, placing it right in the middle of our table. This provides not only a beautiful centerpiece, but it also keeps the chicken and parsnips hot. I also like to add a large spoon to the braiser, so everyone can spoon a bit of the delicious sauce over their chicken. – AFGD
