Are you one of those people who actually gets giddy when you think about Thanksgiving Dinner? I know that I sure am! I love the turkey, stuffing, mashed taters, and cranberry sauce. Yum!
So, whenever I see recipes like these I sort of get excited because it’s like a mini-Thanksgiving feast. This cranberry sauce pork loin meal is really good, guys. I know it sounds all fancy and stuff but it isn’t hard to make at all, especially if you are making it after Thanksgiving dinner and have leftovers to use up.

Quick Tip: If you don’t have fresh cranberry sauce on hand go ahead and use the canned stuff. it ain’t gonna kill ya 🙂
