Hey, everyone out there in recipe land! If you regularly follow my posts then you have probably come across my recipes for both traditional lasagna and lasagna rollups. Each of these recipes contain hamburger and tomato sauce.
However, this lasagna roll-up recipe is a bit different in that it contains chicken, spinach, and alfredo sauce. Ladies and gentlemen, this makes a wonderful meal! My husband and kids loved how the lasagna was prepared into rolls instead of the standard way.
I think rolling up the noodles makes it fun for kids toe at, what do you think? I think it’s fun to eat it this way and I’m an adult lol! I’ve paired this dish with all sorts of sudes in the past but my favorite would have to be garlic toast and a tossed salad.
I’ve also served it with biscuits and 3-bean salad. What will you serve your with?

Quick Tip: I like to cook a few extra lasagna noodles in case they tear. Sautéed mushrooms would be a great addition to the filling.
