6. 5-Layer Slow Cooker Brownie
So, you probably won’t believe me when i say it, but these 5-layer brownies are “baked” in the slow cooker. I know, I know. I didn’t believe it either when my friends Sally told me about this recipe. Sally had recently gone to Mexico on a second honeymoon with her man and I thought maybe she might have caught to many sun rays and cocktails. However, as always, Miss Sally was right about this recipe being fantastic.
That’s the thing about good old, Sally. She always comes up with these wild recipes that I think will never work and low and behold, they ALWAYS work! Why I don’t just listen to her right off the bat is beyond me. sally never lets me down 🙂 So, anyhoo, you are going to LOVE these 5-layer brownies. They are ooey, gooey and “baked” tp perfection right in your slow cooker. It doesn’t get much better than that, friends.
