Fall is upon us, there’s no denying it! It’s the perfect time to make things with the various squashes available. There’s spaghetti squash, acorn, and butternut.
I realized that acorn is the one I rarely eat, so I was on the hunt for a recipe using it. When I came upon this 3 ingredient one, I knew it was my winner! I almost feel like I wasted some time not making this!
If you’re hungry and want a quick and hearty snack on a chilly day, you’ll love this acorn squash. You have plenty of time to simply cut it in half, clean out the middle and bake it. It’s kind of like a fix and forget it thing!
I’ve even heard of people making them in their crock pots so I might just have to look that one up, but for now the oven works for me! I love the smell wafting through the house.
