Simple And Slowly Cooked – Pepperoncini Beef Sandwiches

If you’re anything like me you are probably pretty crazy about your slow cooker. I love using this amazing little device. It literally does all of the work for me. The fact that I can turn my Crock Pot on and leave all day makes a huge difference in my life. You can’t just turn your oven on and go take a walk in the park and spend four hours there eating ice cream and watching the birds fly. Your food (and probably your house, too) would be burnt to a crisp! This just isn’t so when you use the slow cooker. Today, we are making pepperoncini beef sandwiches, slow cooker style!

Guys and gals, these beefy sandwiches turn out soooo good! The meat is so incredibly tender that it’s hard to describe. I served the meat over potato rolls and my family absolutely devoured them.

Quick Tip: Liberally coat your slow cooker in Pam cooking spray to avoid sticking and to create the environment for an easy cleanup.
