Is This Black Bean Soup Calling Out Your Name? It Should Be!

Black bean soup is one of my favorite things to eat when the weather starts to get a little cooler. I have this big, back porch where I can watch the sunset on the swing with my darling husband. Nothing beats sitting back there at dusk while enjoying a steaming bowl of black bean soup.

My kids like eating this soup as more of a nacho platter. For real! They will spoon it over a plate of tortilla chips and top with cheese, salsa, and sour cream. It’s insanely good.

How will you eat your black bean soup? Please do tell in the comments. I always enjoy hearing from you guys and gals.

If you want, give this black bean soup a hint of fire with some ground cayenne pepper. That’s the beauty of black bean soup; it’s insanely versatile!
