Cheesy Chicken Nachos: The Choice Of Champions

I am in the mood for a big old plate of yummy nachos. Who’s with me on this? Nachos are the universal food for awesomeness. You can eat nachos for dinner, as a snack, or even as leftovers at lunchtime.

They are very easy to make and fill your home with a spicy aroma. These nachos use a spicy shredded chicken that has been simmered in a delicious red sauce in a pot on your stuff. The end results are tasty!

Top these babies off with a healthy helping of cheese and all of your favorite toppings for a delish dinner. What I like best about these cheesy chicken nachos is that you can personalize them. Add whatever toppings your little spicy heart desires to your mountain of cheese, chips, and chicken.

The three “C’s.” Lol! Everyone of my family members likes to use something different on their nachos. For example, my husband prefers salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and hot sauce. I like all of the above plus a handful of shredded lettuce, black olives, and some diced onions.

My boys will simply eat their nachos as-is. How would you eat yours?

Quick Tip: Eat these nachos as a dinnertime entree or as a late-night snack while you binge watch your favorite Netflix serious.
