These little breakfast bombs are adorable. I just can’t stop staring at them. Have you ever seen anything as cool as egg clouds?
I mean, toad in the hole is definitely coming in at a close second, but these baked eggs cannot be beat. My kids absolutely love these eggs. I always arrange them on their plates so that it looks like a sunny scene from a storybook.
You can make bacon fences, broccoli trees, and a sandbox made from brown sugar oatmeal. So many fun options. Even the big kids love these baked eggs, and by that, I mean my husband. LOL!
You are going to want to try this, I promise you. These eggs are easy to make, you can bake a big batch at one time, and they taste super good. Serve them over toast with some cheese sauce or just as they are.
