How To Caramelize Onions To A Golden Perfection

I love savory flavors. Bland is just not in my vocabulary. Growing up in Michigan, we always cooked with lots of salt, pepper, seasonings, and other savory ingredients. Caramelized onions played a big role in many of the dishes that my mother would prepare. She would put them in meatloaf, soup, on top of steak, in eggs, and many other meals. I adored these sweet, golden little onions and I still do to this day. I was so happy to come across a simple and tasty recipe for caramelized onions that I could share with all of you. It is so easy to master!

Quick Tip: Make sure to cook your onions over a low-medium heat. You want to caramelize onions slowly.
