Wow! When I first made this cheeseburger soup, I never imagined how good it was going to be. I thought, eh, it sounds good but will probably just end up tasting like ground beef and cheese sauce. Boy, was I EVER wrong!
This soup has a flavor that is simply mind blowing. I’m not even kidding! Usually, we have leftovers at my house, but not on cheeseburger soup night.
In fact, my kids’ friend was over for dinner that night and he had probably three bowls of the stuff. He kept telling me over and over again how good it was and how I should give his mother the recipe. Needless to say, I was a bit flattered.
I’m used to my picky eaters complaining about their evening meal. Cheeseburger soup was a major success in my house. Even my husband loved it. And, you get to toast your own croutons to put on top. Yum!
