Hello, everyone! I hope you are all having a beautiful day. Today, I wanted to try cooking something totally out of the norm. Well, for me anyway. That is why I snatched up this fabulous jambalaya recipe. Doesn’t it look good? There are so many things going on in my slow cooker right now and every single one of them tastes great. I love the smoky flavors of the sausage, shrimp, and chicken intermingled with rice and veggies. I mean, man, if this is how the folks down in New Orleans eat all the time, no wonder they are always in such festive moods!

Truthfully, this recipe is super easy to toss together. All you have to do is place all of your ingredients into the slow cooker, set it, and forget it! Easy peasy! Oh, and don’t forget to enjoy the incredible smells wafting through your house as this feast cooks.
