Peanut butter cookies are da bomb. Can I get an amen? Next to chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies are a staple treat in my household.

I always have a batch in the freezer. They are so easy to thaw and bring with to a church potluck, party, or serve during one of my kid’s sleepovers. I enjoy baking, but sometimes I wish there was an easier way to get the job done quicker so I can have the goodies in my belly faster.

I was so excited when I came across this recipe for microwave peanut butter cookies. Yep, you read that right, microwave! This recipe is so simple to make and it is a great recipe to recruit the kids to help you with.

All it requires is stirring up some ingredients in a bowl and pushing the buttons on a microwave. And guess what? These cookies are even easier to devour.

Quick Tip: Here is a fun change to the microwave recipe . . . instead of placing the cookie dough on a microwave safe plate, put 2 or 3 spoonfuls in the bottom of a coffee mug and microwave for 1 to 3 minutes.
