Are you tired of whipping up the same boring old recipes day after day? When you serve supper to your family do you feel like they aren’t even grateful for the food that you have prepared for them? If you are shaking your head “yes” I totally understand!
Typically, Wednesdays are meatloaf night at my house. I always follow the same stinkin’ recipe and I really don’t receive much feedback from my husband and kids. So, this inspired me to change things up a bit. I found this recipe for Italian meatloaf and I thought I’d give it a whirl.
Boy, am I sure glad I left my comfort zone and made this masterpiece! It was so good! My family couldn’t stop complimenting me on my culinary skills. Truthfully, it made my day to watch my kids clean their plates and have my husband ask for seconds. This Italian meatloaf is a real winner in my book!

Quick Tip: Use your favorite cheese for this meatloaf!
Prego is an option I’d leave out but I do add 1/2cup ketchup and 1/2cup water. I prefer my meatloaf less dense and this was rather answer for me
Had left over tough steak. Chopped it up plus 2 strips of bacon chopped. In crockpot put 1 chopped onion, 1 package brocolli slaw, 4 cans beef broth, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 potato diced. Add beef and bacon, cook on high for 30 minutes. Add 1 cup of pasta, your choice. I used wide noodles, 1 cup. Cook another 10- 15 minutes.
