This Can really Be Prepared In The Oven And Not Fried In A Pan? Yes, Sirree!

I am a real sucker for fried chicken. It is one of my favorite meals. I love the juicy inside of the meat and the crispy outer skin. Mmmm! So tasty and good!

However, there is a calorie and health issue that makes me not want to make fried chicken as often as I would like. So, I had to come up with a solution to this problem. That is when I happened upon this fabulous recipe for oven fried chicken.

Yep, you read that right. Oven fried chicken. You can still have all the glory of fried chicken without the massive amounts of fat and calories.

I will admit, at first, I was very skeptical as to how this recipe would turn out. I mean, I did not want to end up with soggy chicken as that would not be good at all. Surprisingly, the meat came out crisp and delish!
