It’s easy to see why this dish is one you’ll get hooked on. Actually we will be hooked on it together because I absolutely adore fresh fruit! My husband and kids do too, and they devoured this mixed fruit casserole with coconut.
This breakfast was a great amount for my little family. I’d imagine if you’re a household of one or two it could last a couple days. All I know is that the combination of frozen berries over a baked French toast with fresh on top made it turn out perfectly, and it was super easy to prepare.
