Broccoli and cheese is always a good combo, and in this breakfast quiche everyone will adore it as well! Oddly, broccoli was the one green veggie I ate as a child, and now I roast it in the oven and my whole family loves it that way. It keeps it a little crunchy which is great in my book.
I also love it topped with buttery breadcrumbs. This quiche is a winner. You have the flaky crust, and then broccoli and cheddar cheese surrounded by a nice firm, yet soft egg mixture.
What could be better? I served it up with fresh fruit and the pan was empty when breakfast was over. Stamp of approval!
