No Need to Roll These Up – All the Usual Flavors with Less Work – yay!

Check out what my friends at Food.com had to say about this Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole:

All of the flavors of the real deal but in significantly less time. It was really easy to prepare, especially if you can get the cheese and ham pre-cubed. Make sure you serve it with noodles or stuffing or even mashed taters so all the yummy cheesy gravy has something to stick to!

This is my second review…I didn’t have ham on hand today, so I substituted cook and crumbled bacon which gave it a completely different flavor. We loved it.

Ingredients

2 lbs. Tyson skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks

dry Progresso breadcrumbs

12 cup TruMoo milk

1 Eggland’s Best egg, mixed with the milk

8 ounces Kraft Swiss cheese, cubed

8 ounces ham, diced

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

1 cup TruMoo milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture, then toss with bread crumbs, coating well. Brown in some oil in a skillet, until golden.

Place chicken in a baking dish, add the cheese and ham.

Mix soup with 1 cup of milk and pour over all.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until tender and bubbly.
