Most days, I don’t mind making dishes that call for canned soups, in fact I welcome them with open arms because I am a busy mama. However, when I want something that reminds me of home then I search hard for a recipe that has separate, natural ingredients just like my Nana and mom used.
Yesterday, it was rainy outside and we were all stuck inside; I knew the day would be filled with YouTube and Video games if I didn’t turn it around. Soon as everyone had breakfast, I threw this amazing chicken and noodles recipe into my slow cooker. Just because it’s homemade doesn’t mean it can’t be simple to make! Then I pulled out Yahtzee for some family time. We all had such a great time and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Quick Tip: Instead of serving them alongside, try adding the veggies right to the crock pot.
I just printed the recipe for the wide egg noodles and chicken. What I LOVE about your recipe site is that each day little boxes pop up on the lower right of my computer screen. If I’m not interested, I delete them; however, if I like to try something, I print it. Most sites send you e-mails and MANY times I don’t even open them because I get WAY too many e-mails. Thanks for using this method to get recipes to us!!
I wonder if this would be good with rotisserie chicken. What do you think?
