With Just 6 Ingredients, You Can Have A Warm, Easy Breakfast In Bed

I’m not going to lie, I love being waited on hand and foot.  But as it turns out, working moms don’t have that luxury all that often.  Never fear, however, I’ve found the perfect solution.

I love having a warm breakfast in bed, but I can never convince anyone to wake up early to make it for me!  I started making breakfast casseroles the night before my “lazy” Saturday mornings, and have found the solution I was looking for.

The key to enjoying your lazy morning is to prep the night before.  On Friday evening, I put together the casserole and put it in the fridge (not baking it just yet.)  Either I ask my sweet husband to toss it in the oven when he wakes up, or I do it myself right when I wake up.

Quick Tip: You can also use sausage of any kind instead of bacon.  Whatever you have in your fridge will work just fine.
