Who here is a lover of all things chocolate? How about strawberries? If you said “no” it is quite possible you are suffering from a mental break. LOL! Just kidding, but seriously, chocolate and strawberries go hand in hand like peanut butter and jelly, the sun and the moon, and bunnies at Easter.
I am a HUGE fan of making desserts smothered in chocolate and since June is the start of strawberry season, I thought I’d make something delicious. I came across this recipe and the picture won me over. Just look at that tall cake oozing with creamy chocolate, topped by red, ripe berries. How could i pass it up? I couldn’t, and you won’t be able to either.

Quick Tip: Feel free to make your own chocolate frosting or use store-bought as a time saver. Homemade always tastes better though!
