Perfectly Balanced Flavors in a Juicy Slow Cooker Meal!

I’ve come across many chicken recipes but none of them have been as simple as this one. This really is a walk in the park, a piece of cake and whatever expression of easy you want to use!

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup stone-ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca

 

Instructions:

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray, place chicken breasts inside.

Combine maple syrup, mustard and quick cooking tapioca in a bowl. Pour over chicken.

Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until chicken is done and tender.

Serve with rice, quinoa or even mashed potatoes.
