Fall In “Love At First Taste” With This Stuffed Chicken Thighs And Cauliflower Recipe!

My family fell in “love at first taste” with this stuffed chicken thighs and cauliflower recipe. It was during one of our vacations at my parents’ house. My husband’s leave from work was approved that time. I have a feeling the company was actually a bit relieved that one of their most hardworking employees finally took a leave (Yep, he’s a workaholic!). Since my husband’s parents were off on a vacation overseas, we both decided to spend a few days from that week at my parent’s house. He said he just wanted to get away from everything for a while and he could do that at my parents’ hometown. So we packed our bags and drove for a few hours to reach my parents’ hometown just before the sun retired.

During our stay, my parents made sure that my husband would be able to relax. My Mom spoiled him by making him his favorite food and made Dad wouldn’t bother him (my Dad loves inviting him to hang out with him and his friends). I also had my rest that week, of course. I asked for a few days off and it was granted to me. It was a full blown family vacation for us. It was my Mom who cooked all the time for us. And one of her best sellers was her stuffed chicken thighs recipe. I watched in awe as my twins and my husband devoured what was on their plate and asked for more. They really fell in love after that first taste. My mother was so happy she gave them large slices of cake for their desserts.  Anyway, if you want to make this dish for your family, don’t forget to flip on the next page!
