Revisit Your Favorite Childhood Memory With This Yummy Butterfinger Pie!

This easy Butterfinger pie recipe reminds me of those days when my mother used to reprimand me and my brother for actively destroying our teeth. Well, not really. It’s just that I and my brother loved to eat chocolates when we were young. And since Butterfinger is a classic favorite, we found ourselves always eating the ones stuck inside our fridge. Yes! We love our Butterfinger frozen even though it was so hard to eat when it’s cold. I guess that’s what made our mother reprimand us. Butterfinger got stuck into our teeth and we were just kids. It was fortunate that we never destroyed them. I guessed brushing our teeth right after truly helped.

Last time, I found myself calling my mom to ask for the recipe of her Butterfinger pie. It wasn’t something she made all the time, so she had sort of forgotten the recipe. Fortunately, one of my friends has a copy of said recipe except it’s a little revamping of the recipe I used to know. It tasted so good! I almost forgot how it tasted like, but it really tasted great. My husband loved it. I had to stop him from eating all the chopped Butterfinger pieces though because he almost emptied the bag! It’s hard to make something like this if you have someone like him eating the ingredients. I had to chase him away, which Chiyo had helped me, albeit unconsciously. Anyway, I know your family will love this dessert as much as mine did. You can find the recipe for this sinful treat on the next page!
