Overnight New Year’s Day French Toast Casserole!

I am a big fan of make-ahead casseroles, especially breakfast-themed ones. This french toast casserole is really easy to make and super good. All you need to do is toss everything into a well-oiled baking dish, store it in the fridge, and bake it up bright and early the next morning. I’m telling ya, folks, it’s devilishly delightful! My husband and kids really liked this stuff as I made it last year on Christmas morning. Now, this year, I’m making it for new year’s Day morning. How ’bout them apples? I’ll throw my family for a loop. LOL Don’t worry, we are still having good stuff on Christmas morning but it’ll be an egg, bacon, and potato casserole instead 🙂

French toast is always a great breakfast, but have you ever tried it in a casserole? Make Ahead Christmas Morning Casserole is a cinnamon baked overnight french toast casserole that your whole family will love. You’ll be too busy opening presents on Christmas morning to think about making breakfast, so this casserole is the perfect solution. Spend 20 minutes preparing it the night before, and throw it in the oven in the morning. Easy as that! – Recipe Lion
