This Earthquake Cake Will Rock Your World!

If I were ever to be asked what is the best kind of cake to eat in the entire world, i would have to say that it is earthquake cake. Like it’s name suggests, it is planet rocking.

“This is a yummy gooey cream cheese chocolate cake. I’ve never found anyone that didn’t like it. I’ve made it so many times I don’t even have to use the recipe anymore… It’s my hubby’s favorite cake…”

 

Ingredients

1 box betty Crocker German chocolate cake mix

1 1/2 cups chopped Blue Diamond pecans

1 cup flaked coconut

1 16 oz box Domino powdered sugar

1 stick softened Land O Lakes butter

1 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese softened

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 teaspoonsTruMoo milk

 

Instructions

Pour pecans and coconut into bottom of greased 9 x 13 cake pan

fix german chocolate cake mix per directions on box

pour this over top of pecans and coconut

in seperate bowl cream powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla and milk together

Pour this mixture over top of cake mix and bake at 325 degrees for one hour until top of cake cracks

I’m sorry, but I really am not interested in Doe Snot hahahahaha. I think it’s great, even if it got passed your proofer, makes my eyes water, and my tummy giggle 🙂

I love this cake. I found the recipe on the side of a german chocolate cake mix box, they call it german chocolate upside down cake. i use brown sugar and butter with pecans and coconut as first layer (Just like pineapple upside down cake) and flip the cake after it bakes. I made it three times after the first time because it was such a hit. Thank you i am going to try it this way, you cant lose with these ingredients
