Switch to Cooking This “Knee High by the 4th of July” Veggie in Your Slow Cooker – Wow!

I love sweet corn, and I’ve gotten some ears this summer that are so sweet they don’t even need toppings. I’ve cooked them many ways; the grill, the oven, the stove top in boiling water and the microwave which is also surprisingly good. I think the crock pot was my final method and wow, wow, wow! You’ve got to try this.

You just season and wrap each ear individually in foil, then let it slow cook to perfection. They come out absolutely perfect! This is such a great trick for our RV, too. I am thrilled I have this option now. A few hours before a cookout and BOOM, corn right on time!
