The Perfect Slow Cooker Meal for Hot Summer Nights, Try This Fresh and Light Option with No Regrets

Getting ready for some entertaining? I love grilling out but sometimes I want to switch it up with a great indoors dish, and give the hubby a break from sweating. Salmon is one of my favorite fishes, there’s nothing like the tender flaky bites that come right off when it’s cooked right. Well I’ve found a fool proof way to cook it that’s super easy!

Slow cooked to perfection this salmon takes a bath in lemon, white wine and herbs. Put together the broth first in the slow cooker and let it go for about half an hour before adding the fish. When it comes out drizzle it with some olive oil, and if you’re having company place a slice of lemon on top to make it look extra fancy. No one will know it was so easy to prepare!
