Easy to Throw Together and the Perfect Combo of Tropical Flavors, This Cake Will Give You a Reason to Sit Back and Smile

Both my husband and I are suckers for the Hawaiian combo of pineapple and coconut. The name of this recipe is what drew me in; do nothing, really? Obviously I had to do something but it was very, very easy to whip up. I couldn’t wait to dig in after dinner and see if the minimal effort paid off, it did!

I’m definitely making this for my next church potluck or get together with friends. I know it’ll be a hit! Thought it’s dense the flavors make it seem light, and it has just the right amount of sweetness without going overboard. I’d choose this over basic cake flavors any day. When they say ‘do nothing’ I think it means you’ll have to do nothing to convince anyone that this is the best cake ever.

Quick Tip: Interested in skipping the icing all together? It’s delicious without anything but a light dusting of powdered sugar would be amazing.
