I love a good cheesecake. A while ago, I told you all about my family cheesecake battles. If you are new around here, let me fill you in. My family swears my cousin makes the best cheesecake. But mine is pretty good, too, if I do say so myself. Every year we have a cheesecake war during the holidays. Everyone brings their best cheesecake recipe and we have a competition. We all try on it and anonymously vote (no one knows who made what cheesecake). The way it has become a tradition in our family is so exciting and everyone looks forward to it.
Well, last year during Christmas, I totally forgot about the cheesecake war. I usually spend some time researching and finding good ideas, but this year I was too late. So I used the first cheesecake recipe I found. The reason I went with that one specifically was because it was a no bake cheesecake. And I am a sucker for anything no bake. It is easy, and usually really delicious. I like cold desserts, so a no bake, cold cheesecake? Um, yes please. Oh and did I mention there was chocolate involved? Oh yeah…
