If you’re a chocolate and coffee lover such as myself then you are probably going to lose your stinkin’ mind over this mocha silk pie. I know that I surely did.
This pie is so smooth and creamy it just might make you faint after your first bite. But, don’t lay on the floor too long because you gotta finish your pie! The first time I made this I was amazed at how well it had turned out. It’s rich, creamy, and decadent beyond all belief.
You are really going to enjoy this dessert. If I were you I’d make two of these lovely little suckers because they tend to go pretty fast.

Quick Tip: This pie does contain raw eggs so make at your own risk. Raw eggs don’t bother me in the least 🙂
You don’t bake it but you add raw eggs?… I think the eggs shoul be cooked.
