Does it really get any better than cheesecake? Yes. Yes, it does. It gets way better when you add peanut butter to that cheesecake. I found this out the other day when I whipped up a batch of peanut butter chocolate chip cheesecake cookie bars.
Oh. My. Heaven! These dessert bars literally took my breath away. No, I mean literally because I ate them too fast and started choking. No worries, though! I am fine.
Anyway, making these peanut butter cheesecake bars was a snap. Super easy and simple to accomplish and very easy toe at. Just don’t chow down on them too fast or you’ll need the Heimlich maneuver. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
Trust me, the peanut buttery goodness flows freely in this dessert. And those lovely chocolate chips make sure that all you chocolate lovers are getting your fix, too!
