I’ll be honest, as a kid, I totally hated tuna noodle casserole. My mom would make this entree about once a week in our household for dinner because my dad completely loved the stuff. Yuck! I would have rather eaten dog food.
But then, something magical happened: I grew up. When we grow up, our picky taste buds change. One day, I was served a wonderful tuna noodle casserole that had a bit of a different twist to it.
Instead of just the traditional version, I had sour cream and onion tuna noodle casserole. Let me tell ya, it was GOOD! I am so excited to have happened upon this recipe.
I am even more excited to be able to share it with all of you! I truly hope you will give this tuna noodle casserole a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
