BBQ chicken is a pretty much a staple entree in most American households. We have all grown up eating this tasty chicken and we love it! However, for some of us, the winter months mean we can no longer have our beloved BBQ chicken until summer comes back around.
I mean, who the heck wants to stand outside by a grill cooking chicken during a midwestern winter? Not me! I am from Michigan and I can tell you right now that while I would be grilling my chicken I’d also be getting pelted by snowballs. Not fun!
Don’t worry, there is hope! This BBQ chicken recipe is cooked in the oven. Yes! So, you can have your classic chicken dinner anytime of the year that you fancy. Phew! And guess what? You don’t have to wear a hat and mittens while you cook it! Hooray!
