For as long as I can remember cookies and cream desserts have always been my favorite. I especially love cookies and cream ice cream. I would always pick this flavor when my parents took my sisters and I out for a treat.
We would sometimes stop at the local dairy barn after church. It was a good time! Anyway, as an adult, I have been on the prowl for the very best cookies and cream dessert that I could possibly find. I think The Pioneer Woman has led me to exactly what I have been dreaming about.
This recipe is for Cookies and Cream Cheesecake and it is something to talk about it! It looks like a pie, is made with rich cream cheese, and topped with crumbled sandwich cookies. What is not to love about that? I swear, after one bite of this cake, you will be a follower of the cookies and cream bandwagon, just as I am.
