For years, I can remember my grandmother making stuffed cabbage rolls, or “pigs in a blanket” as we would call them, for Sunday dinner. As a kid, I would always unroll the cabbage and just eat the filling. Whenever I serve cabbage rolls to my family, my children do the same thing. What is it with kids and their aversion to cooked cabbage? LOL! Anyway, I came across this wonderful recipe for slow cooker cabbage casserole, and it is amazing. Seriously, nobody picked out any cabbage and threw it away and this casserole was devoured in the blink of an eye. It is simple to make and oh so good!
Instead of rolling up countless cabbage rolls, you will be tossing all of the ingredients together into your slow cooker. The kids enjoy the cabbage because the pieces are smaller and easier to eat. I love how this Crock Pot cabbage casserole turns out!

These recipes sound so good. But, I really would like to know the nutrition info on them. Thanks
