I Should Have Tried This Sooner!
I have a real treat for you today. I recently stumbled upon a great recipe on my Facebook feed. It was a roast my friend had made for their Sunday supper.
My friend Lisa not only makes delicious meals, she also shines a light that is hard to explain. I mean, she brings this brilliant light with her everywhere she goes – there is something really special about her! I didn’t know she was also a great cook but when I saw that post of hers, I just had to ask for the recipe.
Lisa told me I’m going to love this one, since it was super easy to make. I am all about simple and easy recipes – if they give me the result I’m looking for, which is a tasty dinner for my whole family.
And this recipe certainly does! I made this veggie soup the other day when it was pouring down like never before, and it was such a comforting feeling to have this simmering on the stove. It smelled amazing, too!
