Who here is a lover of stuffing?

I know that I sure am! In fact, everyone in my family is. My husband loves stuffing but he hates celery so we always have to leave that part out of the recipe. This disappoints me because I love the celery. Oh, well, the dish still tastes very good so I’m not complaining. So, let me ask you another question. Do you prefer to stuff the bird or leave the stuffing on the side? I prefer to leave the stuffing on the side. I don’t think I’ve ever stuffed the bird. Have you?
